I visit and sometimes swim in a local forest pool, away from the clamour of everyday life. Dusk is such a lovely time of day to visit tranquil places.
 
When I discovered some beautiful pinkish grey paper by the centuries old Italian papermaking company Fabriano, I realised it was perfect for making artwork focusing on early evening.
 
Dimensions of artwork are approximately 15 cm square and backed onto 26 cm square white paper.
 
Bic pen and watercolour paint on rose grey textured paper by Fabriano, backed onto beautiful soft white printing paper by Zerkall.
 
The artwork is unframed.
